Birthdaycard with matching Giftbox

Today Hedda were invited to a birthdayparty, and needed a card. Luckily I had this card almost finished. All panels were finished, only to fasten to the cardblank (thats how I work - LOL)
She was very happy that the card had a giftbox that matched, and I hope her old classmate liked it as well...
These papers, mainly from Papirdesign are SO lovely, I love working with them.
I'm afraid I'm one of those who can't resist buying new papers - whenever I find a possibility...
I always try to keep the inside as simple as possible, but still matching to the outside.
When I put too much stash inside I think it tends to get a bit bulky, and difficult to close the card properly...
Here's the card with the matching giftbox. Last weekend I got my hands on the canopener from Tupperware - LOVELY! - it open cans leaving no sharp edges, and with a perfect edge to glue the top (or bottom) back to the box again.
This box held a lipgloss and a pair of earrings :D
...I thought the shimmer and glitter would show better on a close-up, and yes it does, but not as much as I expected it to...

I'll enter this project into these challenges:
Sketchy Colors #77 - Sketch
Saturday Challenge #140 - Embossing

Black and Red Birthdaycard

This will be just a short post from me, as there's very little time left of the latest KennyK-challenge, where I've planned to put this card.
The card has been finished for a couple of days now, but I haven't had time to put it in here earlier :(
The challenge at KennyK's this week were "Check it out", and they wanted us to use checks on our cards - so here's my card with checks :)
To put the card together I used the sketch from Creatalicious Challenges.
It's not often I use bold colours like this on my creations, but once in a while it's kind of fun to do something different :D
It's an easelcard, inside I used the same sketch - with just a "little twist"

:)

Sparkling Girly Birthdaycard

I made a birthdaycard for a girl, the other day. I tried to make it as girly as possible - and think this is kind of a splash into girly stuff, with pink and violet, glitter, pearls, laces and butterflies - and that supercute Tilda, with a bunch of flowers (of course they're sparkling!).
-and see the supercute violet velvetribbon Tilda is sitting on - I love it!

On the inside I kept it a little bit simpler, but still pink, glittery and girly.
I made a pocket on each side, with a tag (to write a little greeting upon), in each pocket.

I'll enter the following challenges wit my summergirl-birthdaycard:

Birthdaycard with summerwishes

After making blue-and-black, boyish confirmandcards for quite a while now, I felt I needed to make some girly stuff! Not Pink - that would be too obvious - so I chose yellow and green colours for my latest card - I think those colours give you a kind of summerfeeling too
:)
The banner in front originally has two hearts behind the banner, but I took the liberty to cut them off (a #"&%@&"# of a work cutting away the hearts and leaving the roses - but I really wanted to use just that banner for the sentiment...)
I made the "string of roses", using several strings which I twined together, then threaded a few beads on it, glued down some roses and leaves ( and curled it some places).
The roses and butterflies are painted with Glitterpaint (an almost transparent colour, that gives just that little sparkle needed). The laces on Tildas dress has also got a little glitter, but from a glittertube, that shows a little better.
All paneledges are distressed and inked, some of the panels are sewn to each other.

I'll enter my summerbirthdaycard into these challenges:
Sketchy Colors - Sketch
Little Darlings - Summer Theme
Stampin' for the Weekend - Lemon & Lime
Crafty Creations - Just Imagine
Vintage Udfordring - Brug et Stempeltrykk på deres kort (Use a stampimage on your card)
Scrap-Creations - Anything Goes
Totally Stampalicious - Anything Goes
Hooked on Craft Challenges - Anything Goes

Inside the card, very simple, using the same papers and style as the front.
And again; my Personal Stamp :D
(I think a need another one, that includes my blogaddress too...)

Material list:
Cardstock: Bazzill
DPs: Maja Design "Mina Vänner Ulrika7", Picnic in the Park (free paperstack from a mag)
Stamp: Images Magnolia, Text (inside) Imaginisce
Colouring: ProMarkers
Ink: Adirondack Earthtones Espresso, DistressInk PumiceStone

Blue and Black Confirmationcard - another one...

Here's one more confirmationcard, for a boy, from me.
Can't find much to say about it - Designpapers are from Papirdesign and Prima (inside).
I've used Spellbinders Classic Ovals (LG), both underneath the image (from Magnolia - of course, and coloured with ProMarkers ;)), and the textstamps (from Storyteller).
I've used DistressInk BlackSoot on all paneledges.
I'll play along in these challenges with this card:
Just Magnolia - Sketch
Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge - Cards for a Man or a Boy
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Anything Goes
Cards for Men - Black and Blue
Scrappekammeret - Minst 2 ulike bånd/ blonder ( minimum 2 different ribbons/ laces)
Freshly Brewed Challenges - It's a Guys Thing!
Craft Us Crazy - Fathers Day and/ or Masculine Colors Theme

Blue and Black Confirmationcard

Here's one of the latest confirmationcards I've made.
I'll just write a quick post tonight, then I'll try to show you the rest of them tomorrow :)
This one is made after the sketch from I Love ProMarkers, and I wanted it to be most blue and black-coloured, but since one of the lines in one of the designpapers (Papirdesign, the other is from Panduro) has a line with green letters, I thought the boys (Digistamp from KennyK) t-shirt also should be green ;)
On the frontside the swirls (Autumn Leaves Elegant Flourishes) are stamped onto cadstock, then cut out (!) and glued to the front (tried it now, and don't think I'll do it again...)
I've brushed all paneledges very lightly with DistressInk (BlackSoot).
Inside the card I've stamped the swirls directly to the paper, then used the same DistressInk on the edges.
On both the front- and the inside I've used Spellbinders Petite Scalloped Circles Large and Standard Circles (LG).
Textstamps are from Storyteller and Kreativ Hobby.

So; this card will go into these challenges:
I Love ProMarkers - Sketch
Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge - Cards for a Man or a Boy
Cards for Men - Blue and Black
Freshly Brewed Challenges - It's a guy thing!!!
Shelly's Images - Anything Goes

Summercard - waiting for strawberries

I have made a summerfeelingbirthdaycard, using both Tilda and Edwin - can you see how they're longing for the strawberries behind the white picketfence?

I got the white picketfence from a candy some time ago - I think this is the perfect use for it :)

The little strawberries are made from a strawberriestamp from Magnolia. I stamped i on shrinkfilm and coloured it before shrinking it.

I still haven't decided wether Tilda should have an earring or not - I have to think a little about that...

On the picture below, the card is folded together.

I'll enter my summerbirthdaycard into these challenges:

Sweet Stampin' - Playing in the summer sun

Creative Card Crew - Wings
A spoon Full of Sugar - Here comes summer

TOMIC - Make a birthday project

Nordsalten hobbyklubb - Barnebursdag
Scrapperiket - Sommer
Sketchy Colors - Rødt, grønt & hvitt
Stampavie and more - More than a fold

A very simple backside, just a little "tag" from the paperstack, where there's place to write a little greeting.

Material list:

Cardstock: Bazzill

DP: paperstack "Picnik in the Park" that was a freegift with a mag a few weeks ago

Stamps: Images Magnolia, Text and the ticket are old stamps I really can't remember where came from...

Ink: Adirondack Earthtones Espresso, DistressInk OldPaper, StazOn Jet Black
Colouring: The stampimages are coloured with ProMarkers,

Three christmascards in June

June - and halfway in Hjerteboden's Julebloggs challenge - to make 3 christmascards every month. That means I've made 18 christmascards :)
Actually I've made more than 18 (!) 'cause I've made a few "in between" for some other challenges.
This month I chose to use the same sketch, from Totally Gorjuss, for all three cards. I also chose to use Magnoliastamps on all cards. And yet - they're very, very different!

All three cards goes to Hjerteboden's Juleblogg, but the one I chose to send to Totally Gorjuss sketchchallenge is this one:
Isn't Tilda cute here! Under the mistletoe, waiting for someone special...
Underneath the die I tucked a piece of lace, and the "flowers" are homemade :)
I've kept the inside very simple, only two panels - one with a greeting and one to write upon.

The 2nd card. Here I used cold blue and white colors, and coloured Tilda in very light tones (used a lot of blender here :D)
And the last christmascard in June, in more traditional christmascolours - red and white.
I drew in faux stitches around all panels, simply because the bannerstamp (from Magnolia) has it.

Material list:
Cardstock: Bazzill Kraft
DP: Papirdesign, Maja Design, Scrappers Choice, and some leftovers
Stamps: Images Magnolia, Text Storyteller
Ink: Adirondack Earthtones Espresso, Ranger Holiday Vintage Ink, DistressInk PumiceStone and OldPaper, Archival Brilliance MoonlightWhite
Colouring: ProMarkers
Dies: Spellbinders Labels Four, Labels Fifteen, Petite Scalloped Circles Large and Fancy Tags, Nellie's Multiframe's MFD 020 and 023
Punches: Tonic Studios Snowflake punch, Martha Stewart Snowflake punch, corner rounder
Tattered Angels Glimmerglam Glitterpaint
Liquid Applique
Brads
Ribbons
Lace

One more Wedding Card

I've made another wedding card, and used the same stamps and more or less the same papers, and even the same shabby chic style, as on the last one. Yet I don't think they're very similar. I used other colours on the image, and a folding technique I found at Splitcoaststamper "Diagonal Double pocket card".
Splitcoaststampers have so many ideas and techniques I'd love to try - if I'd only have more time...

I'm quite pleased with how this card turned out, and will put it into the challenges at:
Kreativ Hobby - Bryllup (Wedding)
Sukkersøtt - Bryllup - IKKE 15X15 (Wedding, NOT 15X15)
C.R.A.F.T. Challenge - Wedding
Our Creative Corner - Wedding Beauty
Pattie's Creations Design Challenge
- Wedding OR Father's Day (of course I chose Wedding as Fathers Day in Norway aren't untill November)
Craft Us Crazy - Remembrance/ Love theme challenge
The rubber Cafe - Weddings/ Anniversary
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Anything goes

The Diagonal Double pocket card has place for two tags. I've stamped a short greeting (Papirdesign) on one of the tags, and a lovely little poem (from Kreativ Hobby) on the other.
Opening the card, there's place for another little sentiment (Kort & Godt) and for a more personal greeting - or at least a place to write who sent the card...
...and again; my new personal stamp - from Papirdesign :)

Material list:
Cardstock: Bazzill bling
DP: Papirdesign and 2 unknown
Stamps: Image Magnolia, Text Kreativ Hobby, Papirdesign, Kort & Godt
Colouring: ProMarkers
Ink: Adirondack Earthtones Espresso, Versafine, DistressInk OldPaper, VersaColor Copper
Flowers, Ribbons, Brads, Eyelets, Glimmermist glitterpaint (Tattered Angels)

Wedding Card

Last weekend I were asked to make a weddingcard, but didn't have the time to do it. Now I've made one, and I'll try to make some more, both wedding- and other cards, to store "just in case" :)
I haven't made many weddingcards before, so I "needed" to buy some new stuff for this project. I had some papers from earlier, but the stamps are all new (had to buy some new papers too) :)
Flowers and laces are things I'd need more of anyway...
I tried to make this card in a shabby-chic style. Alle paneledges are torn and distressed, then sewn down with machine.
On the Magnoliastamp on the front I couldn't find any stamps with sentiments that fitted (in size), so I had to write by hand...

The picture below shows the inside of the card, where I used my new stampplate from Papirdesign, I think the poem here is so nice :)
The swirls are made wit stamps from Inkadinkado.
I'll enter these challenges with my weddingcard:
CLP Challenge Blog - Sketch
Just Magnolia - Anything goes with the option of adding lace
Card and scrap - Blomster (Flowers)
C.R.A.F.T. Challenge - Wedding/ Love

- and finally; I've got my own, personal, "Handmade by Lisbeth only for you"- stamp!
This is the first time I use it, and I LOVE IT!

Materials:
Cardstock: White Bazzill
DP: 2 from Papirdesign, and 2 I couldn't find any marks on...
Stamps: Magnolia, Papirdesign, Inkadinkado
Colours: ProMarkers
Ink: Adirondack Earthtones Espresso, DistressInk OldPaper and PumiceStone
Flowers, Pearlstrings, Laces, Glitter
Sewingmachine
