White Christmastag

Today I have a little gifttag to show you. It's made with mostly white papers and decorations. I coloured the cute little iceskating Tilda with ProMarkers. I also put on lots of glitter (Stampendous Crystal Glitter) on some of her clothes.
(I've waited sooo long to get my hands on this image, and now she's mine!)
On the snowflakes, flower and the leaves I used Glitterstickles. I now see that the glitter I used on the snowflakes seems blue in certain lights - funny :)
I used lace, cheesecloth, different dies (Spellbinders and Magnolia), white wire, pearlstrings, rhinestones, LiquidPearls, some ribbon, a bow and a snowflakecharm. I also used some white paint, even the cardstock were white...
The text on the tag is from Kort&Godt. I inked the edge around the doohickey-tag with DistressInk WeatheredWood.
I'll send my card to these challenges:
Tildas Town #15 - Anything Goes
Secret Crafter #200 - White on White
Alphabet Challenge - O for Only One Colour Plus White
Crafty Catz #147 - Ribbons and Bows
Charisma Cardz #33 - Lace
Just keep on creating - Christmas is around the corner

Pink Weddingcard

I have made a new weddingcard after Kenny K's latest sketch. I have used a digi-image from Kenny K, that I've coloured with ProMarkers. Isn't the groom cool in pink suit?!
I've used lots of glitter, pearls and bling on this card. The ribbon with the Bryllupstext (wedding) was originally white, but I used a pink ProMarker to colour it. I felt a pink ribbon would look better on this card than a white...
The punched-out hearts are mounted on wires. I've covered them with Glitterstickles. I used Glitterstickles around the frontside-sentiment too.

Close-up:

Here's the inside. Around the greetingpanel I used a Martha Stewart PATP-punch.
The text is from Storyteller.

I'll send this card to the following challenges:
Kenny K's Krafty Krew #107 - Get Sketchy
Scrapperiket #56 - Hjerter
My Mum's Craft Shop #71 - Weddings /Anniversaries
Panduro Hobby - Alt er tilladt (Anything Goes)

Happy Couple

Here's a weddingcard I've made after this weeks Sketchy Colors sketch.
The image is a digi from Kenny K, coloured with ProMarkers (and a little Glitterstickles for the bride).
The papers (can't remember where they're from) have a light goldshimmer, so I used a little gold on the flowers, and some goldembossingpowder around the image and the text on the backside (Storyteller, if I don't remember it wrong).
I'm afraid the little heartcharm attached to the ribbon doesn't show very well in the picture - but it is there!
For the first time making a card, I think I've found the perfect place for a pin! I have quite a few of them, but never seems to find the right spot for them...

Inside the card I used a Martha Stewart PATP to make the greetingpanels. The text here is from Papirdesign.

Here's a closer picture of the backside. The embossingpowder is Rangers Ancient Gold embossingpowder (Roman Gold).

 Here's the Happy Couple:
You can see I've used both pearls and LiquidPearls (OpalWhite and Biscuit)

I'll send my newest wedding card to these challenges:
Sketchy Colors #127 - Sketch
My Mum's Craftshop #71 - Weddings/ Anniversaries
Divas by Design #49 - Anything Goes!
Papertake Weekly - Pins and Needles
Gingerloft - Heavy Metal
Scrappin' All Over #4 - Glede (Happiness)

Bottletags for Christmas in August

Tonight I'll show you the winetags I made for the Augustchallenge at Hjertebodens Juleblogg.
Having first started making bottletags, I found it really fun, so I ended up with 4 different tags.
I even found the inspiration to make som gifttags for the christmaspresents as well - I'll try to remember to show them later ;)
On the first tag (over) I used an image from Magnolia. I coloured the cute little teddie with green(!) ProMarkers. Green, and particularly a bold, bright dark green colour is not a colour I use often! But I felt it was right with the green/ red coloured papers from Magnolia.
I found the goldcoloured doily in a fleamarket a long time ago, but have never found any use for it before. Of course I had to splat a little gold on the flowers and leaves, and put on a few goldcoloured halfbeads.

On the second tag I used a stampimage from Slöjddetaljer. I bought it in Sweden this summer.I stamped the image in black and used clear embossingpowder over it. The edges are inked lightly with DistressInk WeatheredWood.
The doily is sparyed with Glimmermist and all the snowflakes have got a layer of glitterstickles. I also put on a Magnolia DooHickeyTag, laces and a little bit of cheesecloth.

The third tag has a Magnoliaimage again. It's coloured with ProMarkers, and the "furry" parts of Tildas clothes have got a layer of crushed velvet - oh, and see the lovely tree-die I bought not long ago :D It's from Magnolia, and I looove it!
I had to put on a little decoration on the back of the tag (next picture), to give it a little weight...

Wasn't it Papirdesign that last year came with the papers with these little norwegian "nisser"? I still have a few of the motives, but not any uncutted papers. I really hope to find more of them, 'cause I think they're sooo lovely. They kind of remind me of christmascards from my childhood.
I tried not to make to much "noise" on this tag, but still had to put on some glitter and bling, oh, and a little snowflakecharm :)

Here's a picture of all 4:

The different challenges I'll enter my tags into:
Hjertebodens Juleblogg - Vintag/ Flasketag (Winetag) (alle 4/ all 4)
Divas By Design #49 - Anything Goes (Tag 4)
The Paper Shelter #78 - Anything Goes (Tag 2)
A Gem of a Challenge - Animals or Teddies (Tag 1)
Sparkles Christmas Challenge #19 - Punch It (Tag 3)

Wedding again

I have to admit; this isn't my idea at all. I saw a card like this (other colours, though) in another blog. All the time making the card I've had the address to the blog on a post-it-note, and now that I need it, it's gone!!! Hopefully I'll find it, and can write in the address later on...
I thought the layout, with the background that almost give the illusion of a wedding-cake, on this card was SO perfect for a weddingcard, I just HAD to make it!
I used white Bazzill carstock and wedding-DPs of different kinds. All papers have inked edges (DistressInk WalnutStain). The stamped greeting inside the card is from Storyteller.
The image is a digi from Kenny K, coloured with ProMarkers.
And of course I had to use glitter on the bride!
I decorated with white roses that I gave a little brush with goldcoloured ink, heartshaped halfpearls and pearlstrings, a little ribbon and those white ironswirls I don't know what are called :)

The card - an easelcard - standing up:
(inside the easel is a writingpanel)
and finally a close-up of the happy couple:

I'll send it to these challenges:

Sweet Stampin' - Weddings & Anniversaries
Scrappin' All Over #4 - Glede (Happiness)
ProMarker Norge #8 - Alt er Lov (Anything Goes)
Paper Crafting Journey - Happy Birthday/ Celebration
Papelitos Stamps #7 - Celebrations
Just Some Lines - Layer It Up

All At Sea at Ooh La La

Good morning everyone. It's monday morning, and time for a new challenge at
Ooh La La  Creations Challenges.
The challenge this time is "All At Sea" - how fun is that!
I hope many of you'll find inspiration and time to join us on this one.
On my card I've used picture and papers from the "Boys To Men"-collection.
I used Martha Stewarts Double Loops PATP-set to make the greetingpanels inside the card.
The paperedges are distressed and inked with DistressInk WalnutStain.
The text inside is a stamp from Norsk Stempelblad AS.

On the back I put on the same paper as I used as backgroundpaper on the front.

This was the card my son picked for his friends birthday (Happy Birthday, Tobias). I had made a football-themed birthdaycard for him, since they'd spent quite some time this summer playing football, but Sander refused to take that card. He had to have this one, and next to the greeting he wrote I had to stamp a halibut! Luckily I had such a stamp, but he wouldn't give me time to take any pictures of it...
Here They are, after their last fishingtrip, where they caught two halibuts. After gutting the big halibut weighed 41 and the small 5 kilos.
Look at the smiles on their faces, you can tell they had a wonderful time :D
(and looking at the fog in the background - you can tell how worried I was!!!)

Well, back to the challenge at Ooh La La; you don't have to use OLL-products, but if you want to give it a try, you'll find the it here.
Oh - and don't forget to hop over to the Ooh La La Challenge Blog to see what the rest of the DT-girls have made :)

Summer with Bildmålarna

Now, as the summer's nearly over - though I'm still hoping for some warm, sunny days - I have made a summer card.
I think this time of the summer is the best, when we still have warm, sunny days, but the evenings are getting darker and I can light some candles - nice! (Of course I like the midnightsunevenings and light all night, but I find the darkness a little more cosy ;) )
This time I've used an absolutely adorable image from Bildmålarna. I guess the reason I haven't used her more is that I'm no good at colouring teddybears. I really have to do something about it!
I used the Sketch from Sketch N Stash to put the card together - a lovely sketch, with many possibilities.

Here's a closer picture of the image:

The inside, with a belt for some money or a giftcard:

Materials used:
Size: 6"x6"

Football-Edwin - A Birthdaycard in Green

 I have made a boyscard!
With an image and paper like this it just had to be made!
Most of my childrens boyfriends ar footballplayers, so I guess this combination will be used again...
Both image and paper are from Magnolia. I coloured Edwin with DistressMarkers. The greeting inside is a stamp from Norsk Stempelblad. On the banner I had to use my prettiest handwriting (quite a challenge these days when we only rarely write by hand!) to get the text I wanted.
To ink the edges I used DistressInk WalnutStain and an old BazzInKs! ivygreen inkpad.
Punches used are from Martha Stewart, and behind the image I've put a tag made with a Magnolia DooHickey. And isn't the ribbon I found to tie to the tag just perfect for such a card!?! I found a little piece of it in a shop, a little leftover I must use carefully till I find more of it...
I also used a piece of corrugated cardstock and some cheesecloth behind the image.

Inside the card (an easelcard) I made a belt to put money under.
For the picture I used a green note - I think the colours suited the card so well ;)

The card folded flat:

I think my green footballcard will fit into these challenges:
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Edwin Only
Here Come the Boys #33 - Boys Toys
Card and Scrap #36 - Brug Stempler på ditt Bidrag (Use Stamps)
Paper Crafting Journey - Anything Goes
Panduro Hobby - Drengede Projecter (projects for Boys)

Magic Shabby-Vintage Wedding Card

Here's another weddingcard I've made recently. I think the "Magic Card" is so elegant and so perfect for such an event.
The card is in white and greytones. All paperedges are inked with DistressInk (PumiceStone).
The butterflies are sprayed with Glimmermist (SnowQueen).
On the cardedges and the panels I've used a Martha Stewart PATP-set.
I put on a piece of tulle and a little lace. On and around the tulle I put on some LiquidPearls (White Opal).
The text on the charm says Bryllup (= Wedding).

On the he inside I stamped a text from Papirdesign.
The only decorations here are the same kind of butterflies as I used on the frontside (dies from Cheery Lynn).

On the backside I used 3D-foampads to attach the cutout:

I'll join these challenges with my Magic Wedding Card:
Papirdokkene #33 - Monokromatisk
C.R.A.F.T. #167 - Add a Charm
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Totally Papercrafts - Monochromatic

Christmas

When I saw this weeks sketch at Sketchy Colors I knew immediately that I wanted to make a card with it, and even better; I knew exactly how it should be too.
I bought the stampimage at Änglafröjd this summer. It's an absolutely lovely little shop in Arvidsjaur, in the north of Sweden. (Actually I bought "a few" more stamps there, and lots of papers, flowers and other stash...)
Well - back to the card; the sketch gave me the idea to kind of fold the frontsidepanels over each other - fun, or what!?!
All papers are leftovers, mostly from MajaDesign and Papirdesign. All edges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain - can you imagine what my fingertips looked like after inking all these paperpieces??!??
I think blue and brown works quite well together, and I really like blue christmascards.

 Here's the imagepanel folded back,
the back of it has got a little christmasgreeting (Kort&Godt) stamped on
(the front of the next panel has also got a greeting (Kort&Godt here too) stamped on:
On the next picture the second panel is opened, and a third greeting (also this one from Kort&Godt) shows:
Here the front of the card is completely opened, with all christmasgreetings to be seen. The two greetings on the last panel are from Kort&Godt (right side) and from Storyteller on the left side.
Inside the card I punched out white panels with the same Martha Stewart PATP-set as I used on the front. I inked the edges with DistressInk WalnutStain, and stamped on a christmasgreeting (Norsk Stempelblad AS) on one of them.
Here's a closer look at one of my newest Tildaimages - I think she's sooo cute, and I've wanted her for so long! I coloured her with ProMarkers, using most every browncolour I have (and I have them ALL!)
Around Tilda I put on some LiquidPearls (WhiteOpal) in various sizes.

I found inspiration for my christmascard in quite a few challengeblogs this time:
Sketchy Colors #125 - Sketch
Creatalicious Challenges #36 - Christmas in July
Christmas Card Challenges #36 - Use Something New
CHNC #84 - Favourite Colour(s)
Sparkles Christmas #19 - Punch It

Vintage Wedding-Book

Today I'll show you another of the weddingcards I've made.
This time it's a book-card. Yes, I know I said I'd never make another one again, after the first one, but they're actually rather fun to make. And not so difficult as I thought back then...
I tried to get a vintage style on it - but looking at the pictures now, I'd call it more "shabby-vintage" - I don't seem to get a real grip on that perfect darkbrown vintage style. It always turns out a lot "lighter" than I plan for it to be! Althought I rip and tear and dye and ink and use dark distressInks (WalnutStain and VintagePhoto here), I don't get the right brown shade like other do. But I keep trying :)

Here's a picture of the book opened.
Inside I put a little tag/card with a greeting stamped on (Storyteller):
I'll send my card to these challenges:
Scrappin' All Over #3 - Vintage Wedding
Scrappehuset Scrapp Stilen - Vintage
Hooked on Crafts #23 - Let's Celebrate
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Vintage Udfordring #45 - Lav noget andet end kort (Not a Card)

Wedding Card in White and Gold

The last weeks I've been working on some Weddingcards.
This is one of them.
I've used Cardstock and DPs in only white and gold.
To decorate the card I've used Martha Stewart punches, Spellbinders Dies (Heart Circles), flowers, leaves and different pearls - and goldcoloured Glimmermist.
I inked the edges of the diecuts with Gold.
The stamped texts (Storyteller and Kort&Godt) are goldembossed.

A few more pictures, to show details from the card:

Here are the challenges I'll send the weddingcard into:
Hooked on Craft #23 - Let's Celebrate
Try it on Tuesday - Anything Goes
Catered Crop - White Pages
Simply Greate Too #19 - Anything Goes
Crazy Amigo - Dies and Punches
Dream Valley #38 - Die Cuts and Punches

Oriental Challenge at Ooh La La

 Good morning everyone.
It's monday morning and time for a new challenge over at
The coming fortnight the theme is Oriental, a challenge I hope you all will enjoy and participate in.
I must admit that I had some difficulties in the beginning making this card. Oriental card is someting I haven't made before... But luckily I found a lot of inspiring "stuff" on the CD Carnival of Colour (here).

The next picture shows the front- and backside of the card. I punched lots of tiny white flowers that I put "randomly" around the image. Some are attached to some green wires, to continue the branches in the picture.  On the flowers in the picture I put on some teeny-tiny liquidpearls, for a little raised effect.

Inside the card I used papers from the same CD. I made a little pocket on the leftside, and put a tag into it.

Now I hope I've given you a little oriental inspiration.
Hop on ever to Ooh La La, to see what the rest of the DT-girls have made, to find more inspiration,
and join us.

Tilda and Edwin By the Seaside

Here's the card I've planned to make for weeks now - I've worked on it a little bit now and then, between weddingcards and colourpractises :)
I wanted to participate in Sketchy Colors latest challenge, which were to choose my
favourite SC colorcombo challenge AND your faourite sketch from the 2012 challenges
That was NOT an easy challenge, with so many georgeous sketches and lovely colourcobinations to choose from! I ended up with the colourcombo fram challenge #121; Red, blue & grey and the sketch from challenge #112.
With the colours red, blue and grey I just had to use these marinelooking Magnolias - I think they are sooo cute! And I think they give a good summerfeeling - though we haven't had much weather for boattrips this summer...
The background is also a Magnoliaimage. Everything is coloured with DistressMarkers.
The papers are from MajaDesign and the cardstock are Bazzills. The edge on the grey cardstock is embossed with white embossingpowder. All edges are inked with DistressInk PumiceStone. Behind the imagescene I've tucked a layer of cheesecloth. Oh, and a tag, made with a Magnolia DooHickey :)
In the corners I've put on some red, blue and grey halfpearls. I used twine on the tag and on the sailboatcharm - I also tied a ribbon of it, maybe not very navylike, but I couldn't help it, I wanted it to be there...

Here's a closer look at Tilda and Edwin down by the seaside:

Here's the inside. The leftside panel is actually not fastened yet - I thought I'd wait 'till I know what greeting I'll use before I glue it down ;)

And the backside, I used the last third of the little "poem" thats in the bottomline of the DP.
(The first two are on the frontside)

I'll send my card to these challenges:
Sketchy Colors #124 - Favourite SC Sketch + colour combo from 2012 challenges
Totally Tilda # 52 - "Summer Fun"
Card and Scrap #36 - Brug Stempler (Use Stamps)
NSHK # 58 - Anything Goes
